If you choose to set up your own independent shipping method, such as use of a freight forwarder or other similar service, Ariel Rider Ebikes/Arba international LLC will not replace any components damaged during such shipping method.Īriel Rider Ebikes/Arba International LLC will not replace any covered component under this limited warranty without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged component. Please note that after the mentioned 30 days, the defective parts need to be shipped back to Ariel Rider Ebikes by the customer in order to receive a replacement part. We offer full replacement of defective parts with free shipping within the first 30 days of your bike delivery (Shipping fee of these parts are not covered for orders that aren't in the lower 48 states and Canada Orders). 
In order for a replacement to be processed, we require the defective part to be shipped to us for inspection purposes first.
If a component is deemed to be defective or damaged without user error we will issue a replacement part and assist you in replacing any defective part. The shipment fee is covered only for the lower 48 states. Please note that the shipping damage claim needs to be done within 5 business days after receiving your order and the claims for orders that has shipping insurance must be completed through 3rd party insurance provider's website/app. We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping up to $100 (if you have purchased the shipping insurance, your bike could be replaced completely if needed). Only the original owner of an ebike purchased from Ariel Rider Ebikes is covered by this limited Warranty.Ariel Rider Ebikes’ bicycle components including frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, batery and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a one-year period from the date of receiving the order.
